government taking steps to make appropriate government data available because open data has helped us spark innovative and fuel further economic development, it has potential and we've seen the largest positive impacts happening at the city level. here at the local level, we have a unique opportunity to reevent and reimagine the opportunity we can have between our city residents and government, we've seen open data used in practice already and we can see how it can accomplish all of the positive benefits i mentioned, whether it's to help publish health scores on their website, helping residents making healthier choice, or make sf rec park to help people make picnic reservations or using your smart phone, all the examples i just mentioned are real examples of how open data can improve the lives of our city resident, further fuel economic growth here in san francisco. specifically, this ordinance will enumerate open data numerical standards, it creates a sense of accountability and certain for the public and entrepreneurial community, it creates city staff and agencies to interact with

and to use some gut language for a second, i am blown away. i am blown away by i have seen equanas come in pigeons and rats and dogs and cats and snakes and the officers and the staff at acc should be cloned, they treat every animal like their own child. and it is astonishing, and it is astonishing also, to, i have learned not too long ago, about the shoe string budget that the acc has and in all due respect it is still astonishing what they do aa shoe string as a professional in the criminal justice system i also want to share with you that i have had the good fortune to collaborate with miss cats and her staff and bringing in their officers, to share the fire reaching effects of animal abuse and many of you know that we start a violence program in our jails years ago and the officers talk about the nexus between domestic violence and animal abuse and teaching the men, the far-reaching effects of that. and we can do so much more and helping the animals and all citizens if they are on the acc is on a level playing field. please help this agenc

we're going to be using these to guide us and to loop in guiding visions. next is the stakeholder engagement we want to add for teachers and students to the accreditation. we're working closely with uc sf and figure out how to get more teachers. we appreciated having those teachers. we have a great student voices and have for o more diversity and work harder to have all the parents groups so the district a more represented. we also know that coming to a meeting is not the only way to engage people it's time consuming and expensive. we're going to be launching a social he media conversation posted on the web and doing smaller focus groups to help deepen the conversation. we're looking forward to a great newsletter in a summary of what we've accomplished that will be going out in the next day or two. we're selecting and building the social site for this engagement and working with the anchors to propping prepare for session two. we're getting ready for the session visits we want to learn from everyone. we've identified schools we're going to go and visit and
